“I signed up for Amy’s Christmas Bootcamp having lost all motivation. After being weighed and measured Amy worked out my calories and macros and which I was able to enter easily on myfitnesspal with a help sheet that she’d sent me. Staying within the calories was quite easy and with the increased protein I never felt hungry. There was loads of workouts available on the private Facebook group and live workouts every week.
